Juventus put their Serie A troubles behind them with a comfortable 3-0 win over Malmo in the Champions League.

Juve have lost back-to-back games and only have one point in their domestic league so far, but this result and performances will go some way towards rebuilding some confidence.

Malmo threatened in the early stages but Juve took the lead midway through the first half when left-back Alex Sandro arrived in the box and bent down low to head in. The Italians grew into the game more and more as the first half progressed and killed off the game as a contest just before the interval.

Paulo Dybala converted from the penalty spot after Alvaro Morata had been brought down, before Morata himself got another only moments later.

There were no more goals in the second half, although substitute Moise Kean did threaten in the closing stages and did even have the ball in the net but was just offside.

Matthijs de Ligt (CB) 6/10: In control for the most part, although was the only Juve player booked.

Alex Sandro (LB) 7/10: Supported the attack really well and could have doubled his goal tally soon after scoring his first.

Adrien Rabiot (LM) 6/10: Disciplined performance and kept his shape well for the team.

Paulo Dybala (FW) 7/10: Full of clever flicks and passes. Perhaps a little fortunate that his penalty found the net as he slipped when striking the ball.

Alvaro Morata (FW) 7/10: Varied up his game to keep the Malmo defence consistently guessing, showing his versatility by coming short, going long and running channels. Rewarded with a goal in first half stoppage time.
